The management team of EPH began to form in 2001 as part of the corporate investment division of J&T Group, headed by Daniel Kretinski. The team of EPH has quickly become a strategic investor with a focus on corporate investment in the energy sector.
In 2009, J&T Group and PPF Group founded EPH. An independent platform for strategic investments in energy and subordinate industries.
Prior to the reorganization of the business in 2016 and the establishment of the two main pillars that make up the group, EPH gained significant experience, growing organically owing to the merger.
