In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Labour Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Labour Protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On Children Protection” and the International Labour Organization Convention № 182 “On Prohibition and Immediate Action to Eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labour”, ratified by Ukraine in October 2000, “NEC” LLC does not use child labour in work.

In Ukraine, as in most countries around the world, child labour as an involvement of children in work on a regular basis is considered aa s form of exploitation and is illegal.

The United Nations and the International Labour Organization consider child labour as exploitation. Article 32 of the Convention on the Children Rights guarantees “protection against the economic exploitation and performance of any work which may endanger health, impede her education or harm her health, physical, mental, spiritual or moral well-being. and social development.”
